The information used to create the card includes:

  • Customer’s name: Enter first and last name
  • Address: The specific address of the customer to facilitate shipping.
  • Mobile/Telephone: Customer’s phone number to contact
  • Customer’s birthday
  • Gender: Male/Female

After fully updating the customer information, the staff will notify you by phone number and send the necessary customer card.

  1. POLICY FOR ACCURATE POINTS

Convention: 10,000 VND ~ 1 point = 10 cents

  • Accumulate 300 points, equivalent to 3 million VND => Achieve the Silver card
  • Accumulate 5,000 points, equivalent to VND 50 million => Gold card
  • Accumulate 10,000 points, equivalent to 100 million VND => Achieve the Diamond card

Within 12 months from the date of card upgrade, if the customer does not make any transaction at Super foods, the card will expire for a regular loyalty card.

Note: Shopping customers can accumulate points via phone number or KHTT card.
