Super Foods is committed that all products delivered to customers are products of the right quality and volume. Have a clear origin as the information posted on the website and on the product packaging.

If the customer receives the goods not as described due to the error of Super Foods. Please notify us immediately and we will refund 100% and get the new product back for free as our sincere apology.

Return time

For products purchased at Super Foods stores, they can be exchanged and returned at the store

For products purchased from e-channels and superfoods website, please send the goods to the store, we will pay all shipping costs.

Food Frozen Within 24 hours from receipt of goods
Fresh
Vegetable
Non-food Within 72 hours from receipt of goods

Supported return and exchange cases

Products are eligible for return when meeting the following conditions:

  1. Have purchase invoice and VAT invoice (if any)
  2. The product is stored under the manufacturer’s conditions
  3. Products with labels and labels intact (for packaged goods)
  4. Return the goods to Super Foods
  5. Products can only be exchanged once
  6. Products purchased will be exchanged for products of the same type or equivalent value
